Registration appointments can only be made at the campus where your student(s) will attend because each campus can only access student information for its own students.
You must complete these steps, in order, before arriving for your appointment:
1) Complete the New Student Offer of Enrollment (NSOE) online – The link is in the original congratulatory email.
a. This process will create your login and
password for Skyward, which will be sent to
the email account you used to apply.
b. If you do not receive that information,
please call our office at (214) 616-6124.
2) Sign into Skyward and complete the 7 steps per student.
3) Schedule an appointment with us using this link: https://iltexas.acuityscheduling.com
4) Come to our temporary location (6655 S Mason Rd) at your scheduled appointment time and bring the following original documents (no copies allowed) for each child to be enrolled:
a. Birth certificate
b. Social security card
c. Proof of residency
d. Last report card / STAAR results
e. Immunization records
f. Parent’s photo ID
If you have not completed steps 1-3 prior to arriving, then you will need to complete them and reschedule a new appointment. Appointments have been averaging 20-25 minutes per child. Thank you so much for putting your confidence in us through this process!
